Motivational Speaking
I travel the country addressing thousands of professionals each year. I am very often invited back – for a reason: my content is on fire, completely original, wrapped in compelling personal stories, and rooted in a deep understanding of life inside organizations. As a part of my normal fee, in addition to delivering a talk to be remembered, I am happy to create custom audio promotional clips or writing for newsletters or promotional materials in support of your upcoming event. They don’t call me Fuel for nothing.
Training & Workshops
From two hours to multiple days, I have delivered in every format you can imagine. I particularly enjoy half day and full day sessions. My sessions are similar to my talks, with one major exception. In addition to me facilitating a super-powered conversation, I use several fun experiential activities that allow participants to more deeply engage the key ideas as they relate to their own personal work experiences. The goal is not only to light a fire, but to put participants in a position to return to work willing and able to make change happen.
Consulting
There are different flavors depending on your needs. These include individual and group coaching (face to face and/or electronic), organizational assessment (use of various tools and direct observation techniques to identify top leadership and people-related gaps in the organization), training, speaking, or combinations of these services. I have worked with every level of leadership from top executives to front line supervisors.
