I’m very fortunate to speak as a big part of how I earn a living, and I love my clients!  Yes, I add a lot of value by entertaining and educating and for that I’m grateful.  However, it’s important to note that each and every client adds something to me, beyond a new resume factoid and a speaking fee.  They help me see new insights about teams.  They show me good (and sometimes not so good) examples of leadership that inform how I think and teach.  They open themselves up to conversation about where they are and where they want to go – even when it’s difficult!  It’s an honor to be one little part in their ongoing education, and it’s a thrill to be able to continue growing and learning every time I meet a new client.  This year has been busy and fulfilling.  I’ve added Microsoft, Boeing, CITGO, and many others to my client roster – and today I have the privilege of speaking at MD Anderson.  #myclientsrock #lovethisjob
